Satsport Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities Explained Clearly

By accessing the Satsport website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — whether on desktop, mobile, or through any app — you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Satsport. This agreement takes effect from the moment you click "Register" or begin using the platform.

Your continued use of Satsport after any revision to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Satsport will notify players of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. It remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are written in plain English and are designed to be understandable. If any clause appears ambiguous, contact us at support@satsport.click and we will clarify it for you directly.

To register and play on Satsport, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Satsport does not permit any player under 18 to hold an account or place bets, regardless of parental consent.
• You must be registering for personal use only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active Satsport account. Each player is entitled to one account only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact number — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension without refund.
• You must not be accessing Satsport from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Satsport may refuse registration at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason. Registration does not guarantee permanent account access — accounts found to be ineligible after registration will be closed and balances returned in accordance with these terms.

Your Satsport account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your password with anyone — including Satsport support staff, who will never ask for your password.

• One account per person: Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Satsport detects multiple accounts registered to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated in those accounts may be voided.
• Account security: You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and activity made through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Satsport immediately at support@satsport.click.
• Accurate details: You must keep your contact details — including phone number and email address — up to date. Satsport uses these to communicate important account information, including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts.
• Account currency: All Satsport accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Amounts displayed and transacted are always in PKR. There is no currency conversion on this platform.

Satsport will never contact you asking for your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to do so should be reported to us as a potential phishing attempt.

Satsport processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank IBFT transfers are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or maintenance windows.
• Ownership of payment methods: The payment method used to deposit must belong to you. Satsport does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings. Higher limits are available to verified VIP Club members. Contact support to review your current limits.
• Pending withdrawals: Satsport reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing while account verification is being conducted. You will be notified if a delay applies.

All bets placed on Satsport are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once Satsport's system has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number. A bet that has not received confirmation is not a valid wager.
• Minimum & maximum stakes: Each market on Satsport has a published minimum and maximum stake. Satsport reserves the right to restrict or refuse any wager that exceeds set limits or that is placed at odds Satsport reasonably considers to reflect an obvious error.
• Obvious errors: If odds, lines, or prices are published due to a manifest error — a technical glitch, data feed failure, or human input mistake — Satsport reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect prices, even after a result has been settled. You will be notified and your stake returned in full.
• In-play betting: Bets placed in-play on Satsport cricket markets and other live events are accepted subject to live data feed availability. In the event of a data feed interruption, in-play markets may be suspended temporarily. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Void bets: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules. For PSL and Pakistan internationals, specific continuation rules may apply — check the cricket betting rules section.
• Winnings settlement: Winnings are credited to your Satsport account balance immediately upon official result confirmation. For live cricket, settlement occurs within minutes of the official result.

Satsport operates a multi-sport and multi-game platform. Game-specific rules for poker, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, and virtual sports are published within each product section and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions by reference.

Satsport offers bonuses, free bets, freerolls, cashback, and VIP Club rewards from time to time. Every promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all Satsport bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each bonus or promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements — the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus amount being removed from your account.
• Eligible games: Not all games on Satsport contribute equally to wagering requirements. Cricket betting, slots, and virtual sports may carry different contribution percentages. Check the specific promotion terms for a full breakdown.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses on Satsport carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free bet credits expire if wagering requirements are not met within the promotional period.
• VIP Club: Satsport VIP Club rewards are subject to separate terms published within the VIP Club section. VIP status and associated benefits may be adjusted at Satsport's discretion.

Satsport is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for every player. The platform uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all games where randomness determines outcomes. This certification is renewed on a regular schedule and is verifiable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Satsport and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Colluding with other players in poker or card game formats to gain an unfair advantage
• Arbitrage betting or guaranteed-profit strategies using Satsport bonus funds
• Money laundering, layering, or using Satsport accounts to obscure the origins of funds
• Providing false identification documents during verification
• Attempting to access other players' accounts

Satsport's fraud and anti-collusion systems monitor all activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are subject to review, and Satsport will co-operate fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

Satsport takes responsible gaming seriously and has embedded it into the platform, not just into this document. The following tools are available to all players directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit into your Satsport account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a seven-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been logged into Satsport for a specified period of time.
• Cool-down period: Temporarily lock your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Satsport account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, Satsport will not send you any marketing communications.

Satsport will never market specifically to players who have previously self-excluded or who have active deposit limits at the maximum restriction level. If you believe you are developing a problematic relationship with gambling, please use these tools without hesitation. Gaming should always be entertainment — never a financial obligation.

Satsport collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Satsport, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Satsport will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and verification partners is shared only to the extent necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification. All data handling by Satsport complies with applicable data protection principles.

Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Satsport employs regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities. In the event of a data breach that materially affects your personal information, Satsport will notify affected players without undue delay.

All content on the Satsport platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the underlying platform architecture — is the property of Satsport or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Satsport platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Satsport content without prior written permission.

Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Satsport platform using automated tools is prohibited without explicit written authorisation from Satsport.

Satsport provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in response to unexpected technical events.

• Satsport's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
• Satsport is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Satsport is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside our direct control.
• Nothing in these terms limits Satsport's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either you or Satsport may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact support@satsport.click and we will process the closure and return your remaining balance to your registered payment method within five business days.

Satsport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of fraudulent documents
• Evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or collusion
• Account used for money laundering or other financial crime
• Duplicate account detection
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Satsport may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Funds that are the proceeds of verified fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Satsport may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Satsport will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Continuing to use Satsport after a revision notice has been issued constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the revised terms take effect. Your remaining balance will be returned to you in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of Satsport, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the Satsport support team directly at support@satsport.click. The vast majority of player queries are resolved at this stage without escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with Satsport, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed mediation process. Satsport will provide details of the relevant mediation procedure upon request.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
